Maine: Legislative Committee Schedule- January 9, 2018.

The Candle will highlight bills, presentations, and work sessions on matters we identify as important to working families, and which Maine legislators and state officials will debate and vote on in the months ahead.

Below is a peek of the some of the issues under consideration by several of the Maine House and Senate Joint Committees.

The Maine House and Senate will meet in their respective chambers on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s for the month of January, beginning at 10:00 AM.

As the session advances in February and March, each chamber will gradually fill out each week with more formal sessions.
