Storm water is literally underfoot, infiltrating potable water supplies, harming wildlife’s wetland homes, and invading lakes, streams and ocean beaches utilized for public recreation.
Some states and communities do better than others in addressing and planning of how to deal with pollutants that travel every time there is precipitation.
