SANTA FE – The Human Services Department (HSD) is conducting a series of Rapid Hire events across the state to find dedicated New Mexicans who want to help others in need, and find purposeful meaning in a job. In partnership with the Department of Workforce Solutions, HSD’s next hiring event is scheduled tomorrow, Tuesday, April 12, 2022, from 2 to 7 p.m. at the following sites. 

  • Albuquerque:  501 Mountain Road
  • Carlsbad:  323 S. Halagueno
  • Gallup:  2918 East Highway 66
  • Las Vegas:  833 Grand Ave
  • Los Lunas:  428 S. Los Lentes Rd. SE
  • Taos:  1036 Salazar Road

Qualified applicants interested in working at the Income Support Division will be interviewed on-site or virtually by HSD staff.  Job opportunities will be offered the same day or shortly after.  Applicants are encouraged to bring the following items: 

  • Multiple copies of an updated resume
  • Equipment operator endorsements (if any)
  • Three professional references
  • Proof of right to work in the U.S.
  • Copy of unofficial transcripts for highest level of education achieved
  • Dress for success
