Project Jupiter Developers Give $185,775 To Legislative Leaders – Speaker Martinez and Senate Leader Wirth at Top of List

Project Jupiter Developers, Including Oracle and BorderPlex Digital, Contributed More Than $272,000 to New Mexico Politicians – More Than 80% Went to Powerful Democrats
A close look at New Mexico campaign financial reports reveal that Project Jupiter developers and backers have given more that a quarter million dollars to New Mexico legislators and the Democratic Nominee for Governor.
Below is a short list of what has been given so far to key legislative leaders – more complete list tomorrow.
Campaign committees controlled by House Speaker Javier Martinez, Senate Leader Peter Wirth, and House Appropriations and Finance Committee Vice-chair Meredith Dixon were among the big beneficiaries.
Of considerable note, is that these legislators are listed as Champions by the organization known as CVNM (Conservation Voters of New Mexico) – each one of them receiving a 100% rating.
They are legislators who will likely have key roles in any legislation that impacts data center moratoriums and regulations.
